Shipping & Returns
We ship to most areas of the world serviced by the US postal service. Our schedule is occasionally interrupted by art fairs, holidays, or our need to leave LA to find trees. We also make many of our items in our studio by hand to order, so occasionally, production time can add a few days to shipping times. We will get your order to you as soon as possible and notify you of any delays.
** Please note, as postal carriers are experiencing delays, expect that shipping times may take longer than usual.
Also, due current restrictions and lockdowns, we are temporarily limiting our shipping to North America only. **
Within the United States, please allow 3-8 business days for delivery.
International orders take longer, roughly 5-14 business days.
Import Fees & Customs Duties
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
All sales are final. We are a small studio of just two people, and make many items to order. Works that are printed, bound, and foil stamped by hand are unique and irregular by nature.
Of course, if you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged in shipping, we will replace the item(s) as quickly as possible, and ask only that you return the damaged goods. We appreciate your support and understanding.
